poor cleanliness

The lounge area offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Our room had noticeable tea stains on the bathroom door, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the suite.

The bathroom situation felt like a converted wardrobe with a sink that was dangerously close to the toilet!!! No daily servicing meant no replenishment for tea and coffee. An unhelpful bar closed on weekends!!!

The hotel staff made it clear we could have a continental breakfast

Pack delivered to our room, and they also suggested nearby cafes with excellent breakfast options. The lounge area was cozy, and it offered a perfect space to unwind. an enjoyable stay, but the lack of dining option on-site was a minor letdown.
